DUTE SPACE · PROTOTYPE

Your calendar stays yours.

Dute is a collaboration space for finding a time together. Your assistant works out what you are happy to offer, and sends only those possible start times.

What we store

Your email, display name, a salted password hash, meeting details, offered times, approvals and a short activity record. Assistant credentials and session tokens are stored as hashes. Raw passwords and calendar contents are never stored.

What other participants see

Your display name, nominated admin, scheduling status, shared proposals and times that work for the whole group. They cannot see your email, your individual offered times, private calendar events or reasons for conflicts. Anyone with the invitation link can see the meeting title and date range and can register to join while there is space. Share it only with intended participants.

You control your admin

Assistant access is limited to one person in one room, expires after 14 days and can be revoked at any time. You separately choose whether your admin can accept a time on your behalf. The organizer cannot approve for another participant.

Where your data goes

The service uses OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare hosting and database infrastructure. Room data is access controlled but is not end-to-end encrypted; service operators can access stored data. Your chosen assistant provider receives the invitation and the meeting information you authorize it to use. We do not add analytics, advertising or third-party tracking scripts.

Prototype limits

Email is used as your account name; email ownership is not yet verified. Password reset is not available, so keep your password in a password manager. Data remains stored during this prototype unless deleted by the operator. Contact gqchen@dute.ai for deletion or help. Don’t put confidential information in a meeting title.
